In every part of today for me, that was the theme, whether at a staff meeting, or having a cup of coffee with a friend, or in sharing a prayer.
What is it the world is looking for ?
As I was praying I got a sense of the town where I live, being like an ocean of dark pain and hurt, and I saw the church, as a light house. It's light was turning, relentlessly throughout the night, guiding people back to safety...
Wherever you are, may you be the beacon of light, bringing back in the lost and distressed, may they be guided by Gods Light in you, as you help them navigate the rocky waters, and bring them back to safety.
